Suzan Manis is a professional artist and new children's book author. She is a proud mother of four wonderful kids, which has helped motivate her for this recent endeavor in creating her first children's book. As an illustrator, Suzan also wanted to create this book as an opportunity to showcase her illustration skills in a new medium. She is greatly influenced by her mother who was a brilliant writer and artist. This book is based off of a story close to her heart. The story is an adaptation of a story her mother used to tell her and her brother when they were young. She looks forward to creating more engaging and unique children's books. Suzan hopes that her stories will bring a sense of curiosity and creativity to others.
